Yesterday I asked Alya which sauce she’d like for her pasta – white, pink or red? She answered – Green 😀

So I had to come up with something green and tasty. Spinach was the most matching ingredient in my fridge.


What I used for 2 servings of pasta:

  • a handful of baby spinach
  • a hand of mixed nuts
  • 1/2 cup of whipping cream
  • a handful of cherry tomatoes
  • salt, pepper to taste

Blend spinach, nuts and whipping cream till smooth. Transfer the mixture on the sauce pan, add halved tomatoes and warm over the medium heat till the sauce start to bubble. Add the drained pasta, mix, serve and enjoy 🙂
