This one is a very tasty refreshing smoothie. Great for kids as it has a hidden veggie inside 🙂

That’s what I used for one mason jar mug:

  • 2 medium bananas
  • 2 small kiwis
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1/4 cup kefir (mine was blueberry flavored; you also can substitute it with few spoons of your favorite yogurt)
  • 1/4 cup water

Cut fruits and celery, add the liquid ingredients. Blend in an electric blender till smooth. Enjoy 🙂
