This is an extremely easy recipe of a cranberry drink with all the vitamin C saved in it.
All you need is:
- cranberry – 12 oz bag
- sugar to taste (substitute with honey)
- filtered water – 5 cups
- blender and a sifter
Note: Depending on your blender’s capacity you might need to do the blending in 2 rounds, so the juice is not pouring out of the machine.
Blend the berries an water together until really well blended. Add sugar to taste (I was satisfied with around 1/4 cup). Pour through a sifter into the jug to eliminate the extra rough pulp. Can stay refrigerated for few days.
The best part is that you don’t much work and get a great drink without any preservatives!
